This is great news for first time buyers. It is expected that this will lead to a surge in demand for properties as buyers have held of buying since the start of the year.
Even better news is that this will be backdated to 31st March 2007.
If you are a first time buyer start looking or if you have already found the property you are after you should get it sale agreed ASAP.
It is widely expected that this will not lead to increases in property prices......but then again wasn't that said 10 years ago!!!
