It is interesting that this time last year we were saying that there should be some reform of stamp duty ( We have left the article on our site which you can read ). We appreciate some measures were taken to take the burden from first time buyers by means of increased mortgage relief for the first 7 years. This years budget needs to deliver radical reform of stamp duty. more>>
