Law relating to this site

INDEMNIFICATION
You the user herby agree to indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless Baile Property Services Limited its, employees, servants, agents, contractors, officers, directors and assigns from and against all liability, claims and expenses including legal costs arising or bought against the company either as a direct or indirect result of your use or misuse of this site.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Baile Property Services Limited reserves the right, at its own expense to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In these circumstances, you agree to fully co-operate with Baile Property Services Limited in relation to any claims, proceedings, judicial or otherwise, and litigation of any kind.
DISPUTES
Any dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever which may arise between you the user and Baile Property Services Limited shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties or, in the absence of agreement, to be named by the Director of Corporate Affairs for the time being. The arbitrator from time to time acting under this provision shall have and may exercise all the powers conferred on arbitrators by the arbitration Act 1954 or any statutory modification thereof. An award in such arbitration shall be a condition precedent to any legal proceedings in any court against Baile Property Services Limited in respect of such dispute or difference.

Budget 2008.
It is interesting that this time last year we were saying that there should be some reform of stamp duty ( We have left the article on our site which you can read ). We appreciate some measures were taken to take the burden from first time buyers by means of increased mortgage relief for the first 7 years.
